Last weekend I had the pleasure of photographing three incredibly adorable Airedales, Truman, Winston and Ronnie. Let me tell you, it was a blast! I have long been an admirer of Airedales, as I have always thought they look like cartoon characters, and these three were quite comical! All three were so spunky and curious, and I couldn't get over the way they would perk their ears and tilt their heads ever so slightly. I can only hope these photographs give their adorableness justice!
This post must be done in a series, as I simply couldn't wait to start chatting about it! Though I have yet to finish all of the images, here is the beginning....
Josh and Jamie are two of the most inspiring people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Beginning their foster/adoption process in 2009, they are well on their way to calling their family of 2 (plus Otis, the hound) to a family of 7!
When Jamie contacted me to take photos of their adorable family, my immediate suggestion was to photograph them interacting together. Ranging in age from 13 to 9 months, the obvious solution was to bake Sugar Cookies! I couldn't be more happy with the outcome (thus far!) and hope that these photographs play as the hard copy of a life long memory.
In late July we took a pit stop in Philadelphia on our way to New Jersey. Being that it was my very first trip to Philly, I naturally felt the need to absorb as much as possible in the 30ish hours that we were there. During our very first stroll around the little neighborhoods I immediately became obsessed with all of the doors. There are so many and they are all so incredibly unique! Here is a much over due post with a few of my favorites!
